Apply, choose products, set a campaign window and receive your fundraiser ID, sales page and sharing tools.
Kids and families share seller links or QR codes. Orders are attributed to the correct campaign and seller.
When the campaign closes, the organizer submits the fundraiser and CakeDeck locks the batch for production.
Orders are prepared for fulfillment the following week, organized for efficient group distribution.
Organizations may also book a Frost n Fun decorating party as part of the fundraiser and qualify for a larger fundraising percentage. Events can use eligible DIY packages, add a Frost n Fun host at the group's location, or be hosted at one of our rented off-site studio/event locations around Las Vegas.
Fundraiser commission percentages are set by campaign/product economics and are not hard-coded here until COGS and labor tiers are approved.

CakeDeck is planned to generate campaign QR codes, printable flyers, parent letters, seller messages, Instagram/Pinterest copy, countdown posts, last-chance content and thank-you graphics. Approved social content can then flow into the existing CakeDeck → Metricool publishing workflow.
Frost n Fun is being built for Las Vegas schools, PTAs, cheer teams, dance teams, youth sports organizations, homeschool co-ops, clubs and community groups looking for a fun edible fundraiser instead of another generic catalog sale.
